shape before my trip to Thailand at
Christmas time. Nathan assessed my needs and wrote me a
nutrition plan and exercise program which made all the difference. With a combination of resistance and cardio training, I quickly

bored. From boxing to circuit training to weights and resistance band training, I now have

Having always been very fit growing up an
active lifestyle was always part of my life. However after finishing Uni
and starting work I bought my first car, then work commitments got in the
way so actively training was not as easy. 6 years ago I moved to Sydney and
an unhealthy diet as well as lack of training resulted in me putting on a
lot of weight.
Hitting my 30’s I realized I needed to get back into a healthy lifestyle
otherwise my weight would get completely out of control. I made the
conscience decision to start back training and get my weight back in
control. Initially I started training on my own and did manage to loose 5KG
but once I hit this level I was unable to loose any more weight and 6
months later I still had not lost any more. At that point I decided it was
time to get a personal trainer. This has been one of the main factors to
loosing the 16KG’s. That and a new healthy and balanced diet.
With the help of a personal trainer they push you beyond what you will push
yourself. They also ensure that your routines are kept varied so as the
body does not get accustomed to the same routines.
Nathan's group personal training sessions are the perfect choice. You
get the benefit or working with a personal trainer but you also get to do
it outdoors which is a plus for a lot of people that do not like the Gym
scene. Also working in a group makes it more enjoyable and you meet people
with the same goal in mind. With their help and your own motivation you are
inclined to work harder and push yourself that bit harder.
The program is a great way to get fit in a relaxed outdoor environment.
Nathan also provides a lot of other valuable info such as info on healthy
diet etc. The Group PT offers everything one on one PT offers but at a much
reduced rate. I would recommend froup Personl training to anyone serious
about getting in shape and getting themselves on track to a new healthier
fitter lifestyle.

“I can’t speak
highly enough of Nate's workouts, and hes not a bad bloke either :). I have been
attending Bootcamp for almost a year now and absolutely love it. Rain, hail or shine,
training is on so there are no more excuses to have a fabulous workout or
to miss a workout. And it’s such a small investment
with such big rewards. My fitness has improved dramatically, I’ve dropped a dress
size and toned up for the first time since I had my kids. I’ve also made some great
friends. We have a good laugh at Bootcamp and I always walk away feeling I have had

The thing I like most about training with
Nathan is that he works me hard but he also has a sense of humour. Even
though I might be dieing on the inside we can still have a laugh. There is
something about Nathan that makes you just want to do your best for both
your own sake and his!
I had started a weight loss program and was walking and running around the
neighbourhood. I knew I needed to take my training to the next level so I
joined the gym where Nathan worked. My friend had trained with Nathan
already so I joined in on her sessions. Nathan was very supportive and
instantly recognised what I needed to do to achieve my goal weight loss of
21kg.
I am well on my way to achieving my goals. I have 2.5kg left to lose to get
to my goal weight. My body is looking so much better. My next goal is a
little more definition in my arms and a flatter tummy. Nathan has shown me
exercise doesn’t have to be boring or that you don’t need to spend hours on
the treadmill to loose weight. My BMI has dropped by 8% and is now in a
healthy range.
I now look forward to going to the gym (on most days) I feel a lot
better about my self not so much negative talk goes on in my head. My
husband is very happy with his ‘new wife’. I have never in my life been the
size I am now, not even as a teenager. That’s a pretty good place to be
considering I am 32 married with a 3 year old child!!
Having Nathan as a trainer has definitely led me to achieve my goals so
far. Sure it has been my hard work to get here but with Nathan’s skills and
encouragement you really can’t go wrong. If you want to get a trainer then
Nathan is your man. He will get you the results as long as you are willing
to put in the hard yards too.

I have been a member of gyms before and have made some progress,
but then would start to find it difficult to motivate myself to keep up the routine. The gym
atmosphere was not right for me; I was bored exercising in a room of strangers all listening to
their ipods. It wasn’t any fun! I would make my last visit several months before my expensive
membership year expired.
I am now older in years than I like to admit to and I was unhappy
with my increasing weight and poor fitness level when I heard that OzBootCamp was about
“motivation and teamwork” and “HAVING FUN” whilst following a demanding fitness program.
Importantly, I could start by signing up for, and paying for only one month. So thinking “use
it or lose it” and “I’ve got to stop the rot” I joined up two months ago with the aim of
loosening up my stiffening limbs, improving my stamina and losing 7 kilos.
YES, I am getting fitter; eight weeks ago I could hardly jog a
hundred yards, now I can jog a mile (I’m thrilled).
YES, I have lost 4 kilos.
YES, we do have fun.
YES it is a demanding fitness program, delivered safely with no
intimidation.
A BONUS: I have made many new friends whose good will and
encouragement has made OZBootCamp sessions part of my week NOT TO BE MISSED.

I started training with Nathan in January 2008. I found Nathan
really easy to get along with and felt comfortable right from the beginning.
Being as unfit as I was I
normally feel out of place in a gym or in a training situation, but this time it felt
right!!
Nathan pushed me to my limits
and a little bit more every session which is what I needed.
Before commencing training with
Nathan I was sitting on my lounge thinking of all the things that I could/should be doing
and Nathan has helped me make it all happen.
I originally decided to get a PT
because I knew myself too well. I knew I needed someone to push me to reach my goals. I
have a 3 year old son and still had the “out of shape” body that goes with having children.
I needed to get back into shape and increase my energy level so that I could keep up with
my son. I also wanted to drop 2 dress sizes before my 40th birthday.
I am still working toward my
goals and have dropped 1 dress size and have a lot more energy the most important thing is
I am heading in the right direction.
Training with Nathan has made a
positive impact on my life and attitude. In general I feel fitter, stronger and
happier.
I would also like to add that
having Nathan as a Personal Trainer has helped me get to where I am now, and although I
still have a little further to go on my journey I am confident I will get there thanks to
Nathan
