About the fitness services I offer....
About Nathan -
I started my fitness training when I was in primary
school like many other Australians. The first sport
I played was rugby league for my primary school in
Belmore, Sydney.
The next sport I played was soccer for Belmore PCYC
The first time I entered Belmore PCYC I was
fascinated with what I could see going on down the
back..boxing, wrestling and Judo. I instantly knew I
wanted to do martial arts. I continued to play
soccer for a few years and then in high School
started my Karate training at CBHS Lewisham.
A program that had been implemented as the boys were
being robbed on the way to the train station of an
afternoon and morning.
The next sport I got involved with was Tae Kwon Do -
I started training with my friend from Narwee Boys
High School, Mansour Mansour in his back yard
at Wiley Park, near my parents house in Lakemba.
Around the same time I started a social boxing club
with my friends and we would spa and box most
evenings on the streets of Lakemba, where I lived.
When I got my car license at 16 I bought a motorbike
and began training in Hap Ki Do at Master Kims gym
in Strathfield, which had a reputation at the time
of being one of the best schools around.
I also started training with my friend who was a
tri-athlete around this time and would ride my push
bike to work 10km each way and run 10 and swim 2k on
days when I wasn't training in martial art.
Master Kim went back to Korea and I moved and joined
Master Geoff Booths Hap Ki Do school in Liverpool.
I continued training for a few years and then began
my Internal Kung Fu Training with Marko Vesse. I
trained with Marko for 3 years before meeting the
Yang Mian system Master Yang Zen Hua and training at
his house privately for 6 years.
Around this time I began training in Judo and Muay
Thai and occasionally in BJJ.
All during my training life I had continued to
attend the local gyms and develop my knowledge of
resistance training, weights and had also completed
my fitness training certifications.
As the founder and owner of the company my
mission is to provide real
fitness
training solutions
that work to achieve your goals in a quick, safe and effective manner. I
have developed a philosophy and approach to personal fitness training that is
proving to be very successful with all the people I am lucky enough to be
able to train or coach.

be. With over 20 years of experience in sport, martial art and gym
to draw on as a personal trainer, I am able to draw on a
wealth of experience in program development.

into your lifestyle.
