Sydney Personal Fitness Training
Today when I did my morning training session, I did a bit of steady state cardio on cross trainer and finished it off with some intervals on the Air dyne.
The Air Dyne continues to amaze me. My HR goes up so easily when I use it especially when I compare it to say the crosstrainer. My perceived effort is so much higher on the crosstrainer but the HR monitor does not lie!!
I will have to do a little bit of resistance work this afternoon , however it will be only moderate intensity work as I am quite sore from yesterdays workout.
