Personal Fitness Eco Training

Today I am taking a break from doing any personal training work in Sydney

I woke up today at 4am, because I  had to get a few things done before heading down the South Coast to Bawley Point which is 15 minutes further drive past Ulladulla. All up it will be a 3 hour drive.

I have packed the kettlebells, resistance bands and mat so my own fitness training will continue.

I have just checked my emails and thought I would post up here before I start the road trip.

One of the great things is the bush walking at my destination. I will be walking in natural landscape which means no footpaths and my ankles love it.

Eco Training of any kind is always a blast as it gives me a break from usual day to day personal fitness training regime which I adhere to, even though I do my best to keep that interesting whilst still working toward my goal.

Anyway I have to go pack the car so when Melanie arrives we can leave.
