Well yesterday I got back from being down the South Coast, but that didn’t stop me from doing my own personal fitness training.
I had a really good break and feel invigorated.
I went on two 10 km walks, trained a full body kettlebell workout and went horse riding.
I again went for a walk up Durras Mountain and bumped into the Kangaroos.
One of the roos was blind an jumped straight into a tree and then a ditch. It was definitely not his day!!
Just though I would make a quick blog post before my next personsl training session.
Tomorrow I will post up some video of my trip up the mountain!!
