Personal Training Session Fun

I just had some fun in my last personal training session in sydney.

I was doing a buddy session with 2 of my clients.

These girls are awesome having lost 20kg between them over the last 3 moths or so.

We started with a warm up on the rower, then some stretching and joint mobility work.

We then moved to resistance portion of the workout where we utilized some resistance bands and body weight exercises.

Then we moved on to a TABATA style interval session on the rower.

Our partner boxing evasion / counter punching drills we the finisher for the session.

I had them doing some partner boxing drills using counter punching and evasion.
