OZ Boot Camp
What is bootcamp?
Originally bootcamp training was a program of physical/mental
and battle preparedness undertaken exclusively by the US Marine
Corps.
Nowadays, "fitness bootcamp" refers to a form
of basic training offered by fitness providers throughout the
world.
Oz bootcamp is an outdoor group fitness
training program that was designed by Nathan as an alternative to
the pseudo-militant type fitness bootcamp propagating around
Sydney.
Being involved in the martial arts for well
over 20 years Nathan has trained and trained alongside many
soldiers/LEO/security personnel.
But Nathan wanted to make a distinction that
regular civilians do not, and in fact probably should not be
trained the same way as military people for the simple reason that
they:
a)have different goals and
b)are not preparing to go to
battle..
They basically just want to get fit and lose
weight. The goal and desired outcome of a military training
program is different than that of a regular civilian who just
wants to get fit and lose weight. With different goals come
different approaches which are reflected in the training program.

How fit do you
have to be to do Oz Bootcamp?
OZ Bootcamp in Sydney has been designed to get you into
fantastic shape no matter how fit you are now. You will be
challenged by the activities and drills we incorporate into the
session, no matter how fit you are.
What if I have injuries?
If you have any injuries you should see your physio and begin
working on a plan to get you back into a state where you are able
to train. OZ bootcamps are demanding physically and your body
needs to be able to cope with the load we apply.

OZ Bootcamp group fitness sessions start in Sydney regularly.
So you can join in ASAP!
Where is OZ Bootcamp Training held?
Our OZ Boot Camp group outdoor fitness classes are currently
held at various locations around Sydney including Chiswick,
Drummoyne,
Pyrmont and the CBD.
How long does
each session go for?
Our group fitness bootcamp sessions go for 60 minutes. The first 10
minutes are dedicated to warm up and stretching. We then do a 45
min workout and a 5 min cool down routine.
How much does it cost? - Trial your 1st
session for free.
