OZ Boot Camp
What is OZ Bootcamp?
OZ Bootcamp training began in Sydney and is an outdoor group
fitness training program. It was designed to be both fun and
challenging and most importantly to get the results
you want.
How fit do you have to be to do Oz Bootcamp?
OZ Bootcamp in Sydney has been designed to get you into
fantastic shape no matter how fit you are now. You will be
challenged by the activities and drills we incorporate into the
session, no matter how fit you are.
What if I have injuries?
If you have any injuries you should see your physio and begin
working on a plan to get you back into a state where you are
able to train. OZ bootcamps are demanding physically and your
body needs to be able to cope with the load we apply.

OZ Bootcamp?
Our Sydney Bootcamp group fitness sessions start regularly. So

Where is OZ Bootcamp Training held?
Our OZ Boot Camp group outdoor fitness classes are currently
held at various locations around Sydney including Chiswick,
Drummoyne, Pyrmont and the CBD.
How long does
each session go for?
OZ Bootcamp sessions go for 60 minutes per session. The first 10
minutes are dedicated to warm up and stretching. We then do a 45
min workout and a 5 min cool down routine.
How much does it cost? - Trial your 1st

After completing one of our Sydney
Bootcamp workout sessions you will agree that it is a great way
to get your body in shape and fit!
