The Semi Private program starts with an individual assessment including:

  • FREE Consultation we meet to discuss your health and fitness goals and achievable timeframes
  • Nutrition, Movement and Posture Assessment  to devise a  Personal Program
  • Fitness Assessment  to determine current fitness levels this will also include body and weight measurements for goal setting
  • Start Training with monthly assessments to track your progress against your goal

You can bring a partner of your choice or register your interest here and we can team you up!

Please Note: Semi Private training is designed for 2-3 participants.
