Sometimes tackling your health and fitness is more fun and keeps you motivated, when you can do
it with a partner, colleague, friend or family member. We can still create and individualised
session to meet the needs of both participants. So why not share the cost and double your
motivation and support!
The Semi Private program starts with an individual assessment including:
- Consultation: we meet to discuss your health and fitness goals and
achievable timeframes
- Nutrition, Movement and Postural Assessment: to devise a personal
program
- Fitness Assessment to determine current fitness levels this will also
include body and weight measurements for goal setting
- Start Training with monthly assessments to track your progress against
your goals.
You can bring a partner of your choice or register your interest here
and we can team you up!
Please Note: Semi Private training is designed for 2-3 participants.
