Where do you train people?
NPM Fitness conducts training in the inner west of Sydney. We train people in Gyms such as Fitness First, at our private facility and outdoors.
How much does it cost for a personal training session?
Prices vary subject to amount of training required per week and training package purchased. Typically a person who commits to a 12 week training program 2 sessions a week would be around $70.
What experience does the trainer have?
Chief Trainer Nathan Maurice has been in and around gyms for over 25 years and has studied varying martial art styles, worked in commercial gyms such as Fitness First, completed strength and conditioning, boxing coach and sports power development courses.
Nathan has also completed a Postural Assessment Exercise Prescription course and a Kettlebell Instructors Course.
How soon will I see results?
Results depend on the commitment of the trainee to stick to the exercise prescription and diet guidelines.
A good place to start is our 60 Day challenge which gives the trainee a clear goal and proven results in an 81/2 week timeframe.
Does fat turn into muscle?
NO. You Lose fat and gain muscle simultaneously.
