Outdoor group fitness training is a very popular and fun
style of exercise today. We offer a variety of group fitness
classes from which to choose. Great on its own but is also a really great way of supplementing your personal
training program and choosing the relevant group training program will help you reach your
individual personal goals.
Small groups fall somewhere between
personal training/ fitness coaching and the bootcamp type
scenario. The smaller group allows our trainers to continue to provide a personalized focus and ensure everyone gets the attention they
may need when developing a specific skillset.
We run small group training programs that
can focus on fitness and skills such as :
