That is why I prefer to teach kettlebells in the class scenario. With the emphasis being on getting together and touching base with other people who want to train in kettlebells and have an appreciation of the benefits of using them.

 I come from an internal martial art background, and I specialized in "free movement" that was the foundation of a very reflexive mind.

When I first started lifting kettlebells I knew right away that it was a way I could enhance my movement and power for my main fitness focus.
