Personal training involves one-on-one instruction through implementing a diet and exercise program. It can be undertaken in a gym, your home, your workplace and is also available in some outdoor locations. The plan will be tailored to your own individual goals and provide you with support via supervised training as well as email and phone as required.
Your personal program will include:
- FREE Consultation we meet to discuss your health and fitness goals and achievable timeframes
- Nutrition, Movement and Posture Assessment to devise a Personal Program
- Fitness Assessment to determine current fitness levels this will also include body and weight measurements for goal setting
- Start Training with monthly assessments to track your progress against your goals.
Program Support:
Your program includes ongoing support through:
- Nutritional guidance
- Advice on home gym selection and use
- Weight loss supervision
