Personal training involves one-on-one instruction through implementing a diet and exercise
program. It can be undertaken your home, your workplace and is also available in outdoor locations.
The plan will be tailored to your own individual goals and provide you with support via supervised
training as well as email and phone as required. Some common goals include general fitness, weight
loss, sport specific and even preparation.
Your personal program will include:
- FREE Consultation we meet to discuss your health and fitness goals and achievable
timeframes
- Nutrition, Movement and Posture Assessment to devise a personal
program
- Fitness Assessment to determine current fitness levels this will also
include body and weight measurements for goal setting
- Start Training with monthly assessments to track your progress against
your goals.
