The 60-Day Challenge includes an initial intake and periodic check-ups to track your progress. During the first
intake you will discuss your current diet and goals with Nathan our chief personal
trainer. You will receive a training and eating diary for you to record and track your workouts, diet
and personal progress, nutrition guidelines, recipes, and a clear path to your fitness goals – so that you can get
started immediately.
The fitness challenge exercise component is based on training modalities that are proven in the field and backed by
the latest scientific research to achieve the best result. You will to build a strong foundation of physical
fitness - strength, agility, endurance, and balance. Our 60-Day Challenge has been proven to change people’s bodies
time after time!
