You will receive a training and eating diary for you to record and track your workouts, diet and personal progress, nutrition guidelines, recipes, and a clear path to your fitness goals – so that you can get started immediately.

The fitness challenge exercise component is based on training modalities that are proven in the field and backed by the latest scientific research to achieve the best result.
